If I want to do my education in Germany so is it necessary for me to learn German ?

Yes. Ideally Germany is an European Country and India is an Asian Country. According to the rules in European Countries like Germany, Spain, France, etc, to study in any of these Countries, you should have atleast B1 Proficiency level in the language of that Country. For example to study in Germany, you need a B1 level proficiency in German. Its Spanish for Spain and French for France.
