Yes you can pursue B.Sc after BPT but the thing is BPT is itself a professional course. This means that after its completion you can start with a job as physiotherapist or can start your own physiotherapy but if you do B.Sc then you have to do masters to widen the scope of your career opportunities.
Yes you can do B.Sc after BPT but then it will be a detour from your BPT. Not only this you will be loosing 3-4 years of your professional career. Since in this question you haven't mentioned about your qualifications I would suggest that it's better that alongside BPT you can pursue B.Sc through distance learning.
