To study in foreign countries i.e. where English is an official language, all these countries ask for IELTS and they have different different scores for different countries. IELTS score lie between the scale of 0-9. And SAT is for graduation courses and GRE for master courses . And both of them have scholarships.

Yes it is mandatory to show certificate of ielts or gre or sat if you want to get admitted in any of the universities of US. Almost all the universities of US want to see the certificate to test and to verify your English communication skill. US universities mostly focuses on communicative English show it is very important to showcase your IELTS or GRE or SAT Certificate. Good Luck !

If you want to get into US universities then you basically need focus more on GRE.Because in most top notch college they ask you for GRE score.

There are many colleges that may ask you for GRE + IELTS.

The exam requirement changes from college to college.IELTS are majorly required in German Universities.

But as we are focusing on US universities you will mainly need GRE with 315+ score

according to my personal experience ,I have not heard about SAT exam for entry.But still you can check the respective sites.
