Sonam, in 2019, under State Quota, 530 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College, Shivpuri under General Category. That has been the cut off. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in 2020 in any of the GMCs of MP, you will need to score more than 560 or even 575 for that matter. This is because with NEET being postponed by almost 4 months, Candidates have got additional time to prepare for NEET and so the competition might be tough. And so anything less than 550 will be tad difficult for a seat in a GMC as you also belong to General Category.
