if i wanted to get seat for pharma.D then in kcet i should write exam for pcm/ pcb ?

For getting a seat for Pharma.D you can approach from both the streams i.e. PCM or PCB it is not necessarily required you should opt only PCB. And you should score an aggregate marks of 45% in 12th std.
