Hello Harsh,
Yes you are eligible to give your NEET entrance test as you have passed with PCMB. But keep in mind the percentage you acquire in 12th cause that in counted too along with your NEET marks. As you have both sets of PCB and PCM you are eligible for engineering, architecture, designing, defense entrances too.
