Dear student,

If you have good chances in some low colleges in the first round of josaa counselling and last round, then according to me you should wait till last round.
Because if you get a good college then the opportunities will be more wider in respect of jobs as more companies will come and you have a better chances of getting good placements. Also you will get a very good study exposures as many good rankers will come there amd your competing efficiency will be increased.
But if you get a low college then you cannot get that much exposure in every aspect of your four year's life. Also you will be in between low rankers so, your efficiency will automatically decreased and also you will not get a good environment.

So, if there is a sure chance that you will get college in the seventh round counselling of josaa, then you should wait for the last round and then you should go for the reporting centre, otherwise it would be better that you take colleges between first and seventh round.
