Hi there,
No you won't lose any seat as both the counselling are different and in counselling you check your seats and then you book it. So if you have booked the seat somewhere else and you get another seat at some other counselling then you won't lose the seat until you opt to withdraw it.
So don't worry fill as much counselling sites as possible.
