As you are from andhra pradesh. By applying home state quota, you can get any branch in NIT andhra pradesh.
But by not applying home state quota,
You have options like ECE at NIT jamshedpur or civil engineering at NIT Allahabad (for rank 15000) and EE at NIT Allahabad or civil engineering at NIT Tiruchirapalli.
