Hello Aspirant,
See if you have been allotted a seat in Round 2 counselling of Maharashtra then you have some options like you can accept it and if you are not satisfied fully from it then you can apply for upgradation but if you do not approach for the college then you will not be allowed to sit for further rounds and your money will also be forfeited so don't leave the allotted seat as it is because you have option of surrender/vacant too so if you don't want the allotted seat then you can vacate it and then your money will be refunded.
Then if you want to go for Mop-up round then you have to register yourselves as a fresh candidate for it.
