if I will score minimum 45 marhs in wbjee exam can I get a government college in pharmacy?

Hope you are doing well!
Well dear getting into a government college with a score of 45 is a bit difficult,as government colleges cutoff's go really high and people miss seats even for a difference of 0.5 marks or ranking.
