if i withdraw from upsee after result of 4th round of counseling & i can't get a seat then my whole amount will be come or not

no.. if u dnt withdrw by urslf n didnt even go to the alloted collge to cnfrm ur seat thn only ur money will nt be refunded. if u withdraw by urself thn tje mony will be safe..
