If i write GS+Essay in hindi but optional paper in english medium, then can i select hindi medium for interview? Means medium of interview depends on which gs paper or optional or interview doesn't depends upon any one .

Yes , You can select Hindi Language for Interview after writing your optional in English in UPSC CSE interview.
No , Your language in Interview does not depend on your GS paper or optional paper, you can choose any Indian language for Interview just make sure fill your detailed application form(DAF) with correct language you want to opt.
