if I write jee main 2021 and qualified to jee advance and I didn't crack jee advance then is it I can write jee advance 2022 without jee mains 2022

No, once the year is gone your certificates will get invalid. So if you are giving mains in particular year you should even give advance in the same year and without attempting mains you are not eligible for advanced. Only foreigners are allowed to give advance without mains.
