When you sign a self declaration form, you are stating that you are not eligible for appearing for Counselling in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and hence you are not eligible to see admission in MBBS, BDS, Aush courses of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. You are also mentioning that you do not hold the domicile of both Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Your only chance to correct this is during the Correction window and if you miss that window, you cannot claim State Quota anymore for that year. But for the next year you can claim State Quota.
