Don't worry about anything as the result is not out yet. Still you have many options beside NEET. First among them is you can drop a year for preparation of NEET in following year. The main merit for this is you will give one more chance to your dream. The demerit is you are giving one full year so you have to work hard accordingly. Second option is to go for Graduation from another stream like Bsc in Biology, Zoology or Botany,Chemistry,physics (if you have mathematics also), life sciences, biotechnology, biochemistry,psychology etc. Third option is Bsc in Nursing , BASLP, paramedical courses, Bsc in pathology or DMLT, you can go for medical lab technician courses, etc. Fourth option is prepare for NEET along with one of other courses mentioned (It might be good for some). Fifth option is you can go for BA,BBA,BMM,HM courses. You can go for certain management courses also.
