If you got 198 in jee mains you have least chance of getting admission in the first round . Because The last year cut off for first round is around 192 . This year they may increase or decrease the cut off. It depends on the difficulty level of jee mains questions paper. Stay alert , wait for the second round .I am sure that you will get I the second round . If you are lucky you will get admission in the first round itself .

Yes you've great chances to get into ICT Mumbai for Chemical engineering!
General idea of cut off of chemical engineering remains around 190 according to recent year observations.
You're rank should be close to 250.
If not in the first round , you'll surely get in in later rounds!
