if I'm getting 583 rank in jee mains open Pwd category in CSAB I would getnit puducherry cse or Ece or not

As you have secured 583 open pwd rank in jee mains, then there is no chance that you can get seat in nit puducherry in whole josaa counselling.

But there is a chance that you can hey nit puducherry in csab special round counseling as per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks.
As you have secured 583 open pwd rank then your jee mains CRL rank must be around 250000.

Last year the cutoff closing ranks for electronics and communication engineering in csab special round counselling for open pwd candidates on the basis of their jee mains crl rank was - 303452 ( gender neutral).
So you can get ece branch in nit puducherry in csab special round counselling.
But you can't get cse branch.

Last year the cutoff closing ranks for computer science engineering engineering in csab special round counselling for open pwd candidates on the basis of their jee mains crl rank was - 206126 ( for female only ).
Apart from cse and ece you can also get civil engineering in nit puducherry.

So, as you can see you can get ece but not cse in csab special round counselling as per last year cutoffs.
