Yeah you can carry onbut firstly you have to clear the atkt while studying for your next sem mean you have to study both the atkt and the present sem also

So here's the atkt rule
As long as you have two or less atkt in each semester of the first year you will be allowed to move to the second year. Anymore than two atkt in either of the first two seem and you will not be allowed to move into second year.
My advice is since you are at the two atkt mark already try clearing it as soon as possible.
