if im Oc EWS, do i have caste certificate? if i do so, cant it be optional for ts EAMCET web counselling?

For students of oc category there is no need of caste certificate.

Caste certificate is to be shown only by the bc sc and st category students.

So there will not be a problem if you attend the councelling without caste certificate.
