Hey avinash,
You are preparing for both as both contains same syllabus. Just a difference of GK and Assertion reasoning adds to AIIMS but that you can do after NEET!

If you are preparing for Aiims and your preparation is good you will surely get very good scores in the NEET UG as well.

No you don't need that it's your knowledge in the exam hall that matters u just need to practice some higher level concepts otherwise syllabus is same
