Listen, If you are pursuing B Tech in food technology and wanted to Pursue, B tech in Computer Engineering then firstly you need to drop B tech in Food technology and for getting good college fo r B Tech in computer Engineering you have to clear the the JEE Mains or few Institutions Like NIT, IIT etc prefers JEE Mains + JEE Advance
But according to my opinion as you have mentioned that you are Pursuing B Tech in food technology and if you are going to take admission in B Tech it will be not good for your career perspective because you many years will going to waste.

In this case you will have to withdraw your admission and should apply for any other college where you can get the required branch and admissions are still open for that college. Because by this time all sessions have already started so what I would recommend you is that you can start from new session like from March-April 2022 application would get open for different colleges and also some colleges have already started accepting applications for upcoming session so you can check that out.
You can also appear for JEE-Main if you are seeking admission in NITs/IIITs or you can also appear for JEE-Advance once you qualify JEE-Main so that you can get admission in premier engineering institutions of India that are IITs.
