Your general rank is really high. If you have your categorical rank below 5K then you may join in Information technology. if your categorical rank is below 1K then only you can get an admission for government college with CSE branch.

You won't get government college if your rank is above 1k along with CSE branch. You have to go for other core branches or non technical branch.
