Dear student,

If a seat is remained vacant for managment courses in some autonomous college, then it depends upon college that what is their decision to fill the vacant seats. They can either fill the vacant seats by decentralized counseling or if they are private college then they can ask for donation. Also some good private colleges can also take decentralized counseling. But for the national level colleges like IIM, there is no such decentralized counseling takes place. The seat will be filled next year.
