if in case if a student have backlogs in languages but not in core papers can a student allowed to opt msc

Hey student,
no you cannot go for msc if you have a backlog in previous semester. As the basic eligibility for getting admission in Master's degree is that the student must have a bachelor's degree in any field or related field under recognized university.
