If in neet 2020 my marks are little higher than general cutoff and my category is ews, but seats in ews are already finished. Will i be eligible for the general category seats?

see one of the candidates is eligible in counselling from any of the category , you will be allotted cutoff score for that particular category and your application process for counselling will be from that category only. so if you are from ews you need to wait for ews seat allocation, you can not claim seat in general category.

No. If you have selected EWS as your Category, your counselling will be done on the basis of EWS Category. Colleges will be allotted on the basis of EWS Category. And you will not be considered under General Category even if EWS seats are fileld. Once you select EWS Category, you will not be considered under General Category under any circumstances.
