if in neet councelling my college is not upgraded then should i have to confirm in first alloted college about my seat or go to college direct in classes?

i hi! if you have attended councelling for upgradation but unfortunatley did not get a seat in your desired college, you still have the first seat from the previous round. this is because you opted for upgradation and id not leave the councelling procedure to register again. however you can check the official authority's websites for rules and regulations.
