if in neet first round counselling i have alloted a seat but i dont admit it than i would be able or not for second round counselling?

Dear Geetanjali, yes. If you are talking about All India Counselling, yes you can opt for free exit and appear for Round 2 Counselling. In such case, you needn't have to forfeit any security deposit. In State Counselling, you can opt for upgradation as well which means you neednt join the seat allotted during the first round but can still appear for Round 2. There is no steadfast rule that you have to take up the allotted seat in Round either in All India Counselling or State Counselling.

Yes, you are able to go for further counselling session if you are not satisfied with the college you are alloted in the first counselling. So don't worry about it and just proceed ahead.
