If in round 1 I am allocated a seat from the list will have the choices open in 2nd round below that centre ?

No it will be not open in further rounds that's why it is always advice to fill the preference and choices very carefully and wisely.
Because according to rule you fill the choices according to preference and college you get in first round is at Higher preference than all the choices below it so only above choices will be considered.
