If in spot counselling of icar ug I fill agriculture after fishery.will there be any chances of getting a seat in ages if vacant?

Dear aspirant, during the time of admission your preference matters, if your first choice was fishery and a seat is available then you will get that branch only but if there is not seat is available in fishery then they move to the second choice and if there is seat available in that course then only you will get a seat,
