if in the state quota1st round, we dont get the government seat in general category then can we change our category to NRI in the 2nd round of counselling.

Hello aspirant
You can't change your quota/category in mid off any counseling. You should decide it prior of filling registration form for counseling that from which quota you are willing to opt seat. You might change it for other state or all india quota but that also you should specify in the application form of counseling.
