if income certificate is no applicable in ROC form can we submit income if it is possible to get income after a few months

If the income certificate is not applicable for you, then there is no need to submit the income certificate. The income certificate is used for some reserved or other category students. So, there will be no use even if you submit it.
Applicants will get their income certificate in 7 days after due verification.
