if individual sub like only physics is scoring 43% in 12th then is eligible for afmc after neet.(I scored in 12th class english 51%, biology 68%, chemistry 54% and physics 43% and my total 12th class % out of 600 is 60.67%) Please tell me I'm eligible is or not? please

Hello,

For the AFMC the eligibility criteria is as follows:

AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2022 – Educational Qualification



  1. To apply for AFMC, Pune, candidates must have qualified in the NEET entrance examination.
  2. Candidates must also have completed and passed in class 12th with Chemistry, Physics, Biology and English from a recognized institute by the Government of India.
  3. Candidates who are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination can also apply for AFMC MBBS admission process 2022.
  4. They must have also qualified in Mathematics of class 10th from the following Boards –
    1. The Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination in Science from Indian University/board or other recognized examination body with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology including practical tests in all of the above-mentioned Science subjects.
    2. Candidates who are in the first year of three years of degree course from any recognised University with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology including practical test in Science subjects provided the examination is a University level examination.
    3. The Pre-professional/Pre-Medical examination with the following subjects – English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (after passing either Higher Secondary School examination or pre-University or equivalent examination) including the practical tests in Science subjects.
    4. Candidates from Senior Secondary of Indian School Certificate examination having 12 years of study. Also, the last two years of study must include Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at this level.
    5. Any other examination which will be equivalent to the Higher Secondary Science/Pre-Professional /Pre-medical Examination of Indian University/Board with English, Chemistry, Physics  and Biology including practical tests in each of these Science subjects.
  5. AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria – Minimum Marks Requirement

  6. To be eligible for AFMC, candidates must have secured at least 60 percent aggregate marks in the Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Also, they must have secured 50 percent marks in English as well as 50 percent marks in each of the Science subjects.

So as per the above criteria you need to score at least of 50 percent marks in each of the science subjects. Hence you are not eligible for the AFMC.
