Yes, you noticed it rightly that both the exams are on the same date i.e. May 13, 2018 but, in this case, you have to set your priority clear. If you want to study in Delhi, then, you should appear in IPU CET and if you want to study in private colleges in Karnataka, then, you should appear in COMEDK UGET 2018.
