Sure.. You can get a very good job.
It largely depends on your proficiency level and dedication. Getting job through campusing depends on the college status, pursuing CE from good college will definitely ensure a good placement eligibility. However if you are not from very good college then too you need not to worry.. As today's market values the talent which means you can get good job if you are compatible with what you can do.
Now a days there are large no of options for computer engineers to get recruited offcampus... Large MNCs like Amazon, adobe, Google etc too recruit off-campus a lot... which shows that college doesn't plays the main role but the talent, will power and hardwork counts.

Yes if you complete your degree course,you will get complete theoretical and practical knowledge which will be helpful for the getting more job opportunities.
