If Maharashtra domicile is not there but had appeared in 10th & 12th exams in Maharashtra. Shall I eligible for state quota?

No you will have to produce the domicile certificate at the time of admissions if you wish to seek them from the state quota!
Getting domicile certificate nowadays requires only 15 working days and I suggest you apply as soon as possible instead of taking undue risks!
