Solution : Given: 9 + 3 ÷ 4 – 8 × 2
Changing the signs, we get:
9 ÷ 3 × 4 + 8 – 2
= 3 × 4 + 8 – 2
= 12 + 8 – 2
= 20 – 2
= 18
Hence, the answer is 18.
