Hey,
If you have selected Hindi medium for your question paper then it will contain questions in both Hindi and English since English is the standard language of the question paper. So don't worry about it.

no the question paper is coming in english + hindi format then why cant student who want to give in english cant give ????

yeah you can get the english language also if you choose the hindi also the another english will be apper in the exam
