You can get into NITs but IITs are not possible with this rank.

I regret to inform you that with a rank of 6198 you cannot get seat into any iits even considering lower iits the maximum rank for any branch in any iits goes maximum upto 4k for integrated courses.
As iits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
