The candidates who are shortlisted in written test of MNS Entrance Examination will be called for interview. The candidates who are shortlisted in the interview need to undergo Medical Examination. The candidates who are medically fit will be selected and will be allotted an institute based on their preferences, merit and vacancies. If a candidate is deemed as unfit can request for appeal or review from medical board. After review if the decision changes the candidate will be considered for selection if not the candidate will be rejected and the candidature of the candidate will not be considered. The interview and medical examination may take place for 2 to 5 days. Medical fitness will be examined as per Military Standards by Military Authorities. X-Ray examination of Chest and USG (of abdomen) will be done. The physical fitness of selected candidates will finally be determined by a Medical Board under arrangement made by the office of DGAFMS. The candidates pregnant at the time of medical examination and joining for commission will be rejected temporarily and will be considered as medically unfit.
