Minimum qualifying marks is 50% so yes you have qualified the exam but final merit list will be released only after counselling rounds. All Indian Nationals who have passed HSC/12th class exam or its equivalent examination are eligible to appear for MHT CET 2021.   Yes, you can get a good college with that score.
