the minimum age required to appear for NEET examination is candidate must be of 17 years and there is no any upper age limit for NEET till the supreme court passes its judgement on it.

You don't need to worry even if you are 19 years old and you are appearing for Neet 2020 and you want to appear for Neet 2021 as well next year
This is because,
There's no upper age limit for Neet examination.
So, you don't need to worry you will be eligible for Neet 2021 examination
Actually to be eligible for neet, all you need is to have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
also there is no attempt limit for Neet examination
