I hope you are doing great . As per your query, I would glad to aware you that as per your DOB , you have turned 15th on 9th july 2021 but for being eligible for NEET you must have completed 17 years at the time of admission. They will most probably reject your application . I would advise you to prepare and crack it in first attempt which will be in the year 2023 attempt(the year which you are eligible).

To be eligible for Neet examination one needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination
Now,
With your date of birth on 9 july 2006 , you will be 17 years old on 9 july 2023 i. e before 31st December 2023 and thus you will be eligible for Neet 2023 and onwards
Also,
To be eligible for neet 2023 one must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2023 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

, As per the age criteria required for NEET you will be eligible for NEET 2023 because you will be completing your 17 years of age on 9th July 2023 and as per the current eligibility criteria of NEET :-
** The candidate should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as mandatory subjects in 10+2.
** Minimum age required to appear in NEET is 17 years means by December 31st of an examination year the candidate should complete his/her 17 years.
** The candidate should be either appearing in exams or should have passed in all the subjects of 10+2.
** In PCB he/she should have minimum aggregate of 50% if he/she belongs to General category.
** As of now there is no upper age limit of 25 years as the case is still active in front of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
So if all the above criterion are satisfied then you can definitely appear for NEET.
