math is important for mechanics and fluid mechanics part. if you faced problem start studying the topic wise math from class eleven books. you mostly need vectors, differentiation, co ordinate problems which needs in some physics chapter.

NEET only consists of Physics, Chemistry and Biology sections. One should have these as compulsory subjects in order to qualify for NEET. Maths is not required but you can still have it as an extra subject if you change your mind and want to for engineering later.
As far as your Physics is concerned, you need to work harder on it and give enough effort to overcome your weakness and get better at it. As it is a compulsory subject for NEET, you cannot drop it.
NEET is a national examination and cannot be taken lightly. One needs good marks in all the subjects in order to clear the examination.

No it's not important to study everything. Study only calculus and if you have time, make your concepts of physics by studying physics of classes 9 and 10. Even if you don't, if you get a good explanation of class 11 chapters you'll do well and will love the subject, just allot more time and attention to it. Hope this helped!
