If my Category is general defence in GGSIPU counselling, If I don't get a seat in this category but I am getting a seat in general category , will a seat under general will be given to me or not?

In general the seats are filled in such a way that they fill general category seats first, the they start filling category seats .
So if your rank is good you can definitely get a seat under general category .
