Dear Sekhar, in 2018, under State Quota, 368 was the cut off for General Category in Government Medical Colleges of Karnataka. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs in Government Medical Colleges might increase by 25 marks. Going by that, 400 is still a decent score for Government Medical Colleges. But if things go as unplanned, with that score she can get a seat in a Private Medical College under Government Quota. The fees structure needs to be checked on their official websites.
