Category rank to general rank is highly unpredictable because from your category it is quite difficult to calculate your general rank as it depends on various factors like number of students of your category, number of student appeared in exam and so on but yes if there would be percentile then it would be easy to calculate your general rank using the formula given below :-

(100- your percentile) *869010/100

But however based on previous year's data you can expect your CRL(General) rank to be in the range of 15,000-25,000. You can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your college on the basis of this rank :-
