According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Now as you belongs to UP so if you are going to appear for UPSEE then you should try to secure your rank under 1000 in it for top government engineering colleges in UP like :-
