You can get an NIT or IIIT based on your rank that is released by the NTA. 150 marks is more than enough to clear the cutoff for jee mains. However the 60% may bring down your rank a little. Nevertheless, you can check your probability of getting a college based on previous year trends and opening and closing ranks of various colleges. To get admission into NIT IIIT you need to satisfy at least one of the below mentioned criteria apart from getting good rank in JEE main
A student belonging to OBC general category must have at least 75% in class 12th or must be within the top 20 percentile of that board and for ST SC category students they must have at least 65% in class 12th exam or at least in the top 20 percentile of that board
You are from Bihar board and you don't have a percentage criteria satisfied but if you look at the percentile of Bihar board then for general category the percentage required is around 60% keeps on changing every year they are there any chances that if the 20 percentile goes below 60% then you may get a seat.
