If my jee main score is 119 then can I able to get admission in nit ...?..I'm from general category....

dear aspirant

sure you get seat in NIT but  pls don't expect the best college

you have chance to write advance try to score well in it don't miss the chance

You may (but I am not sure) get admission in NIT but you can not expect good college and also good branch.

So, you have to compromise a lot. Do not lose your hope keep trying until the last second. Be optimistic and prepare for Advanced hardly and try to get awesome marks in the advanced paper.
